Deposit:  We require  a non-refundable deposit of $350 at the time that you select your puppy.  If you will be picking up your puppy, the balance is due at the time of pick up.  However, if your puppy is being shipped to you, the balance  must be paid in full 

( including shipping costs ) two (2) weeks prior to shipment. 

We do not accept deposits  or hold puppies for eye color.  We do not breed for eye color as it can not be predicted.  Eye color can not be determined until between 4 - 6 weeks of age.

We accept a limited of 4 deposits  before a litter is born for the first 4 top picks in the order that deposits are received, ( 1st deposit,1st pick, 2nd deposit, 2nd pick, etc. ).   Once the litter is born and our depositors have made their choice, the remaining puppies will be advertised and deposits will be accepted on a first come  basis.  We will not hold a puppy based on your word that a deposit is on the way.

AKC Limited v. Full Registration:  AKC Limited Registration means that if you breed your Siberian Husky, any pups born from that particular dam or sire will NOT be eligible for AKC Registration.  Your Siberian Husky will also that not be allowed to compete in AKC conformation  classes & shows become their goal is to determine  the best breeding stock.  AKC Full Registration mean that you can breed or show you Siberian Husky and register any puppies that your do may have. 

All puppies are sold as pets ( Limited ) with a spay/neuter contract unless prior arrangements are made, Microchipping is NOT included  with the price of your puppy.  

Notices Reviews:  Puppies are not available for any flight deliveries. Pick up puppies are always available. Ground Shipping at buyer expense  addition $125 health certificate and Vet Check. 

Stud Service:  Total fee is $800, half at time to breeding and rest due when she has puppies. 

Boarding:  All sold puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks old or ground shipping at 8 weeks  old unless other arrangements are made prior to that time.  A boarding fee will be charged for any sold puppy that cannot be picked up or ground shipping as stated above.  Boarding fess are applied for up to 2 weeks maximum, at which time all fess paid will be forfeit and the puppy will be advertised for sale.  Puppies with boarding fees will not to released to the buyer until all boarding fee are paid in full.  If you purchased a puppy that is older than 8 weeks or adult dog, you will have 7 days in which to pick up the dog or have it shipped.  A boarding fee of $15 per day will begin on the 8th day after purchase for a maximum of 2 weeks at which time, all funds will be forfeit and the puppy or adult dog will be re-advertised for sale. 

Refunds / Returns:  If for any reason, the buyer is no longer able to care for the puppy or dog, we will glad to take if back ( if we have room for it ) at no charge.  There will be no refund and buyer pays for ground shipping if needed.  All of our puppies are treated regularly for worms and fleas, however, puppies need to continue to facility, we are no longer responsible for this issue.  It is the buyer's responsibility to continue  treatment.  Each puppy is given age appropriate vaccines before leaving our facility should our puppy become ill, after you receive it, and your veterinarian determines that the illness came from our facility, we will require that you pay for our veterinarian to examine the puppy as a 2nd opinion before taking the puppy back, we will refund the price of the puppy less the non- refundable deposit amount.  We will not pay your vet. We require  that your puppy is not exposed to other animals, other people, or walked in parks or rest areas etc, until it has had all vaccines. Changing your puppy's diet can cause your puppy to get an upset stomach and loose stool.  This can lead to dehydration and illness for your puppy.  Please make sure to mix the new food with your puppy's regular food and case into the new food to prevent this from happening. 

Payment:  We must  receive your deposit within 5-7 days after you pick out your puppy.  If we do not receive your deposit in this time frame, we will not be able to hold the puppy of your choice.  We accept payment by PayPay and Cashapp and Venmo. Credit card payment are accepted only thru PayPay.  

We do NOT  accept Cashier's Check & Money Orders or Personal Checks  ( No  Exceptions ).

All scams attempts will be reported to me  proper authorities.

We do not accept payment in an amount for more that the charge for a puppy or ground shipping.  We do not wire balances to your shippers and we do not allow anyone else to ship our puppies.  Any payments received over & above the amount charged will be turned over to the FBI, along with copies of your emails so they can more easily find you. 

PayPal:  Please add 3% ( fee per $25 )  cover the PayPay fees.  Your payment will not be applied unless the fee is paid.  Payment

The kennel is not puppy mill.  We will not sell to Brokers or Pet Stores.  We reserve the right to deny the sale puppy to you if we feel that you are prepared or can not contain and care for this breed.
